  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, technical needs, and challenges related to containerized applications and cloud-native environments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored demonstrations and presentations showcasing the benefits of OpenShift platform solutions.
  • Conduct technical deep dives and architecture discussions with clients, highlighting the features and capabilities of OpenShift for container orchestration and management.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback from client interactions and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision-makers, architects, and developers, to understand their pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and responding to technical proposals, RFPs, and RFIs by providing detailed information on how OpenShift can address client requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position OpenShift as a market leader in container orchestration and management solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales cycles, from initial engagement to post-sales support and customer success.
Necessary Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer in the technology industry, with a focus on containerization, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift platform solutions and their applications in containerized environments.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering successful technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and workshops.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive customer engagement and close deals.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed and engage in virtual meetings for remote engagements
