Our recruitment process

Introduction round

After you submit your application, we will contact you as quickly as possible to see whether we feel that you are a good fit for our organisation. In the fast introduction meeting, you will meet with either our CEO for a brief introduction and to get to know each other.
Cultural round

In this round, you get to know a few new members of the Cloud Native team and gain insight into our work environment, culture, and procedures. Our consultants will be available to answer any questions you may have, and we will have an opportunity to learn more about you.
Technical round

The purpose here is to understand your technical knowledge. We are not looking for geniuses who know everything; we are looking for someone with solid foundations, ready to learn the necessary skills. As in the culture circle, you will meet two members of our technical team.
